Available: Part-Time: Dishwasher - $15/hr - The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. We’re a busy restaurant and we are willing to consider advancement opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities include:
  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles
  • Follow sanitation policies at all times
  • Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
  • Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party
Required skills:
  • No experience required (we’re willing to train)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 25 lbs
  • Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for 5-7 hour shifts

Part-Time/Full-Time: Tavern Cook/Prep Cook - $19+/hr Plus Tips! - Responsibilities include preparing consistently high quality Tavern meals including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches and prepping dining room meals. Stock and maintain Tavern and Prep Stations. A successful candidate needs to be dependable, smart, organized, clean and quick on their feet. Must have a passion for cooking and consider food handling and sanitation practices a top priority. Exceptional opportunity and wage for the right candidate.

Available: Part-Time/Full-Time: Salad/Cold Prep Cook - $17+/hr - Responsibilities include preparing salads, cold appetizers, desserts and prepping vegetables and starches. A successful candidate needs to be dependable, smart, organized, quick on their feet and consider food handling and sanitation practices a top priority. Exceptional opportunity and wage for the right candidate.

Part-Time: Food Runner - $12/hr Plus Tips! - The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and drink orders to customers and assisting wait staff and bartenders improve the dining experience for customers. Duties include assisting guests with orders, taking feedback, and preparing table set-ups.

Available: Part-Time/Full-Time: Sous Chef - $24+/hr - The Sous Chef position includes preparing high quality entrees for the main dining room to guest pleasing standards, and controlling and expediting the pace of service. Prepares sauces, vegetables, starches, hot appetizers and plates meals. Responsible for all chefs/cooks and covering when the Executive Chef or other Sous Chef is off. A successful candidate needs to be professional, dependable, smart, organized, clean and quick on their feet. Must have a passion for cooking, experience in problem solving, complete confidence in meat temperatures, ability to work each station, and consider food handling and sanitation practices a top priority. Hours, Wage/Salary: Full-time. Excellent pay, health insurance, dental insurance and IRA packages are available.

Available: Full-Time/Part-Time: Line Chef - $20+/hr - Responsibilities include preparing sauces, starches, vegetables, pastas, children's meals, hot appetizers and plate presentation. A successful candidate needs to be dependable, smart, organized, clean and quick on their feet. Must have a passion for cooking and consider food handling and sanitation practices a top priority. Works on the line with Sous Chef/Executive Chef. Exceptional opportunity and wage for the right candidate.

Part-Time: Bartender -

Part-Time: Server - Dinner - Exceptional Tip Earning Opportunity - Our award winning restaurant is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, and then delivering those orders to the proper people in the kitchen or the bar. If you have previous experience as a Server and using a POS system and have a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.
Server responsibilities include:
  • Take customers’ food and drink orders
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
  • Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
  • Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
  • Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
  • Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
Server skills include:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1+ years' Server experience preferred but will train right candidate
  • Must be able to work on your feet all day
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
