Part-Time/Full-Time: Tavern Cook/Prep Cook - $19+/hr Plus Tips! - Responsibilities include preparing consistently high quality Tavern meals including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches and prepping dining room meals. Stock and maintain Tavern and Prep Stations. A successful candidate needs to be dependable, smart, organized, clean and quick on their feet. Duties include assisting guests with orders, taking feedback, and preparing table set-ups.
Available: Part-Time/Full-Time: Sous Chef - $24+/hr - The Sous Chef position includes preparing high quality entrees for the main dining room to guest pleasing standards, and controlling and expediting the pace of service. Prepares sauces, vegetables, starches, hot appetizers and plates meals. Responsible for all chefs/cooks and covering when the Executive Chef or other Sous Chef is off. A successful candidate needs to be professional, dependable, smart, organized, clean and quick on their feet. Must have a passion for cooking, experience in problem solving, complete confidence in meat temperatures, ability to work each station, and consider food handling and sanitation practices a top priority. - No experience required (we’re willing to train)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for 5-7 hour shifts
